Watercraft Guidelines

• Milfoil is present throughout much of the lake because this hearty plant spreads easily and thrives in the many shallow areas of Lac Notre-Dame.

• In July 2025, members attending the Annual meeting of the Association unanimously adopted Watercraft Guidelines to slow the spread of the weed.

• Please follow the Guidelines (stay out of the RED zones!) and ask your guests to follow them too!

• A durable copy of the Guidelines map has been provided to every residence around the lake.

• Most lake users seem to be following the Guidelines!

Resident Consultation Survey

• A survey of residents in June 2025 found a high level of concern about milfoil’s impact on laker users and the environment.
